Bread eggs oil

Good fats, concentrated nutrition. For the active and the athletes.

An hour before training, boil two eggs or make them poached. Bake a slice of wholemeal or multigrain bread in the toaster and sprinkle with a few drops of Zakros Olive Oil Politeia extra virgin olive oil. Serve the eggs on the slice and pour over a tablespoon of the olive oil. For more flavor, add a little grated sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

Tip: You can also have this meal immediately after your workout - within an hour - for better results in muscle recovery and immediate energy replenishment (glycogen).

The lower the temperature at which eggs are cooked, the more they retain their antioxidant properties. In any case, when consumed cooked and not raw, more protein is absorbed by the body. So, boiling or steaming is a very good option.
